RETURN POLICY

We accept returns in original condition for either a refund, exchange (one time) or store credit. All returns must be lodged 7 days post receiving the goods.

Condition of return

• Unworn and unwashed
• Original tags attached
• Hygiene strip MUST be attached to product

We will consider an item as “used” or with “signs of use” if there’s any physical indicator of wear. Every return must meet our quality and hygiene conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not match our return conditions mentioned.

UAE Return

UAE Return for Exchange: One complimentary exchange per order, 30 AED per shipment thereafter.

UAE Return for Refund: 30 AED. This will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we have received your returned items, and the return condition requirements are met, please allow 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to return to your card.
